1. GENERAL
1.1 This website is operated by Experience Trader Limited and these terms of use apply to users of experiencetrader.com (the "Web Site").
1.2 In consideration for using the Service you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. These terms and conditions and our privacy policy may be updated at any time with or without notice; the most up-to-date version will be posted on the Web Site.
1.3 You must stop using this site immediately if you do not agree to obey to these terms and conditions.
1.4 You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and to promptly update the information provided to us to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. This includes your email address which you must ensure is kept up-to-date and that you have full access to the address as we will be sending you important messages there. If you change your email address (or any other detail) then you must inform us of the new address/details via the "Update Account" Link in the top menu bar visible when you are logged on. If you provide any information that is, or that we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided by you is, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service.

1.7 Experience Trader Limited gives no warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations express or implied, as to the following:
1.7.1 The completeness or accuracy of the advice and information contained on this website or any website to which it is linked;
1.7.2 The content of the proposals for items included in the Experience Trader Limited database;
1.7.3 Completeness of the results of any search of the Experience Trader Limited database or that the items selected by the search are the only items on the Experience Trader Limited database which might meet the searcher's requirements.
1.7.4 Experience Trader Limited does not warrant that this website will be available without interruption or that it is error, virus or bug free.
1.7.5 Experience Trader Limited shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, howsoever arising out of your use of this web site or in respect of any of your actions or omissions taken in reliance on any of the advice or information contained on this website or any website to which this website is linked.
1.7.6 This website contains hypertext links to websites operated by parties other than Experience Trader Limited. Experience Trader Limited does not control such websites and is not responsible for their content. Experience Trader Limited's inclusion of hypertext links to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material contained on this web site or of the owners.
1.8 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any User's access to the site if that person is abusive, discriminatory or threatening to, harasses or communicates offensive messages or images to another User. We cannot prevent determined people whose User ID has been suspended or terminated from re-accessing or re-registering as Users, in breach of their obligations under this Agreement.
1.9 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
2. OWNERSHIP AND USE OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
2.1 We own all copyright in all features of the Service, including, without limitation, the design of the web site, all logos, text and graphics on the web site, except such features which are owned by third parties. The copyright in all adverts shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.
2.2 All Experience Trader Limited trade marks, names, and logos are the proprietary marks of Experience Trader Limited. Marks identifying third parties are owned or licensed by those third parties or their associated companies. Nothing in these terms and conditions in any way confers on you any licence or right under any trade marks, names or logos of Experience Trader Limited.
3. ACTIVITY PROPOSAL
3.1 By submitting your activity proposal online you are requesting that your activity appears on the Experience Trader Limited website. The activity will not appear until we have verified and accepted your activity and you will be notified via email that the posting has been accepted.
3.2 By submitting your activity proposal, you are requesting that your activity appears on the Experience Trader Limited Website. This means that the activity can potentially be viewed by all persons with Internet access throughout the World Wide Web. You consent to the publication of your data in this way.
3.3 We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by you in activity proposal. Accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us which are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by you.
3.4 You may upload photographs of yourself or the activity into the proposal (which we may need to crop or adapt appropriately). The photographs must not be pornographic, offensive or be detrimental to the reputation of Experience Trader Limited and we reserve the right to remove any photographs that we consider inappropriate.
4. SITE VIITORS
4.1 Visitor's to the site (registered or none registered) acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of Proposers; we only provide a forum for introducing like minded individuals. Experience Trader Limited does not ensure that any information provided by Proposers is genuine. Even though Proposers are prohibited from doing so, people may provide information, or otherwise behave, in a way that is unreliable, misleading or even illegal. Further, you should note that people may not necessarily be who they say they are.
5. FEES
Experience Trader Limited is not currently charging for use of its Web Site.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
6.1 We collect data from you (i) when you register your details on the Site (e.g. so that we can send you information, now or in the future) and (ii) via data capture devices using cookies. The data we collect may be personal data and may include your name, e-mail address and home address. We may also ask for your telephone number so we can contact you if there is a problem. By disclosing personal information to us, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of information as set out in these User Terms.

If there is any failure or delay in performance of our obligations resulting from events or circumstances not reasonably within our control, we will not be liable or have any responsibility of any kind for loss or damage incurred by you.
